Pardon Canada Service (“PCS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a private document‐preparation and advisory firm. We help clients understand, prepare, and submit applications for a Record Suspension (commonly called a “pardon”) under the Criminal Records Act (Canada). We also act as a liaison (third party) between our clients and the Parole Board of Canada (“PBC”) to facilitate communication and the exchange of required documents.
- No Government Affiliation
We are NOT a department, agency, or agent of the Government of Canada or of the Parole Board of Canada. We have no authority to grant, deny, or accelerate any application for a Record Suspension. The PBC is the sole decision-maker on every application.
- No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to prepare accurate and complete applications, we cannot and do not guarantee that a Record Suspension will be granted. Final decisions rest exclusively with the PBC and are based on statutory criteria, including (but not limited to) eligibility, conduct after conviction, and the nature of the offence(s).
